That vision is becoming a reality at Partners’ Place, a transformative new housing community designed specifically with Moorings Park Partners in mind.

Through a significant investment by Moorings Park Institute and the generosity of Moorings Park Foundation donors—including two years of support through the Foundation’s annual gala—Partners’ Place is becoming a reality. Together, these investments are transforming the property into professionally designed, affordable housing where Partners can build a stronger, more secure future. Because when we invest in our partners, we strengthen Moorings Park Communities.

Construction is underway, with Partners’ Place expected to open in fall 2026. The professionally designed one-bedroom apartments will offer a comfortable place to live, along with amenities that encourage convenience, connection, and community:

Habitat for Humanity

Building Homes. Strengthening Community.

For some Moorings Park Partners, the dream isn’t simply finding a place to live—it’s owning a home of their own.

Through a partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Collier County, Moorings Park Foundation is helping make homeownership more attainable for eligible Partners. Eligible applicants who qualify for Habitat’s homeownership program and complete the required education and volunteer hours may receive $10,000 from Moorings Park Foundation toward their down payment or closing costs.

Poinciana Condominiums

A Place to Call Home, Close to Work

Moorings Park has expanded affordable housing options for Partners through the acquisition of 21 one- and two-bedroom condominiums in the Poinciana community.

Located within easy reach of all three Moorings Park campuses, these homes provide Partners with a safe, quality, and convenient place to live close to where they work.

As current residents transition out, the units will gradually become available exclusively to Moorings Park Partners.

A Home for Our Partners

Moorings Park Foundation helps make these homes more accessible by providing assistance with move-in fees, security deposits, and, when needed, renovations to prepare each residence for a new Partner.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we can invest in innovative ways to support and uplift the very people who care for our community with dedication and heart.

For many of our Partners and their families, pursuing higher education is more than a goal, it’s a dream. And through the Moorings Park Foundation Scholarship Program, our residents have an incredible opportunity to turn that dream into reality.

This scholarship program is thoughtfully overseen by our Scholarship Committee, made up of residents from all three campuses. Their commitment ensures that each application is carefully reviewed, and that scholarships are awarded to those most deserving.

Who Can Apply?

Full-time and part-time Moorings Park team members, as well as their spouses and individuals who are claimed as a dependent on their federal income tax return
Employees assigned to Moorings Park by All Covered, Unidine, NCH, and Avanza
Those who have completed at least one year of employment
Students with a minimum GPA of 2.5
Those attending an accredited educational institution, including universities, community colleges, trade schools, vocational programs, and other recognized educational programs

Please note: On-call Partners are not eligible.

Scholarship Administration

Scholarships are administered by the Collier Community Foundation through its Collier Scholars program. The selection committee includes five Moorings Park residents and six community representatives selected by Collier Community Foundation.

Helping Partners Access Quality Child Care

Each year, Moorings Park Foundation helps eligible Partners access financial assistance for child care through Florida’s School Readiness Program, administered locally by the Early Learning Coalition of Southwest Florida.

School Readiness helps eligible families afford quality early education and child care through early childhood programs, family child care homes, and school-based programs.

Eligibility is based on household circumstances, including family size and income. The amount of assistance varies based on individual eligibility and program requirements.

For many Partners, child care is one of the largest household expenses after housing. This assistance can make a meaningful difference—helping parents afford quality care for their children while continuing to work and build a future for their families.

Helping Partners Navigate Life’s Challenges

Life can bring unexpected challenges, and having the right support can make all the difference. Moorings Park Foundation looks for meaningful ways to support Partners and their families when needs arise—helping them to navigate challenges, access opportunities and thrive both at work and in their personal lives.

Over the years, these efforts have included:

Declared Disaster Relief— providing financial assistance to partners affected by hurricanes and other declared disasters
English as a Second Language (ESL) Classes—creating opportunities for Partners to strengthen their English language skills
Back-to-School Supply Drive—helping Partners with school-aged children prepare for the school year
Social Services Coordinator—providing dedicated guidance to help Partners identify and navigate community resources and support services
